* **Account & billing:** account IDs, purchase history, invoices, payment method details (tokenized by our payment processor), tax IDs (where applicable).
* **Communications:** email/SMS content you send to us, call/SMS metadata (time/date, number, carrier delivery status).
* **Website/technical data:** IP address, device and browser type, cookies/SDKs, pages viewed, referring URLs, and general analytics.
* **Compliance & verification:** DOT/MC or other regulatory data you provide if you are a carrier/shipper partner, and any information required for fraud prevention or sanctions screening.
